The NeoGraft® system uses follicular unit extraction (FUE), a surgical technique in which hair is transplanted in individual follicular units. Each unit contains one to four hairs carefully extracted from the donor area and placed where hair is thinning. Using pneumatic pressure, follicles are removed and implanted without damaging pulling or twisting, ensuring precision and minimizing risk. The procedure is performed under local anesthesia for comfort.
